Student Complaint Process
Franklin Pierce University attempts to resolve student complaints through the institution’s Student Complaint Procedure.
If a complaint cannot be resolved by the University’s internal processes, NH residents and out of state students residing in SARA states (SARA member states) may choose to file a written complaint with the New Hampshire Division of Educator Support and Higher Education. NC–SARA Student Complaints Procedure
Franklin Pierce University operates under the approval of “NC-SARA”, National Council for State Authorization Reciprocity Agreements. As required by the NC-SARA student complaint process, a student must first attempt to resolve their complaint at the institutional level.
Student complaint procedure for New Hampshire residents and out-of-state students who reside in SARA member states
Students whose complaint is not resolved within the institution may choose to file a written complaint with the Division of Educator Support and Higher Education.
Non – SARA Member State Student Complaints Procedure
For residents not located in a SARA member state with complaints not resolved at the institutional level, you may contact the appropriate authority in your state of residence.
